Last updated: 12/3/25DO NOT USE ANY OF MY DESIGNS IN ANY WAY IF YOU DO NOT LEGITIMATELY HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER THEM....Before acquiring a design made by me, please check that the image is a PNG file/the toyhou.se page (if applicable) is properly credited!Legitimately obtained designs may be characterized however you see fit and under no circumstance will I ever revoke the character unless a chargeback is filed. I retain the rights to revoke and resell the adopt if you file a chargeback after receiving the character. A chargeback will warrant blacklisting and a PSA will be written.I do not recommend sharing unwatermarked files publicly once you receive them - it is a good idea to keep the images watermarked in public to prevent your adopt from being targeted by art thieves!

Payment

* All payments are through Paypal, in USD, unless otherwise noted.* Payment plans are available starting $100+ and must be fully paid within a month. 25% of the price is due upfront and is non-refundable.* Do not ask to purchase, request a hold, or make an offer on an adopt if you aren't certain about whether you want it or not. Asking to purchase a design and then revoking your offer shortly after will result in being blacklisted unless there's a valid reason such as an emergency.
Please make sure you are financially able to treat yourself for art before purchasing art/ocs! Art is a luxury, not a necessity!* You may not resell designs that were acquired through trades/gifts unless it has additional art or if it was originally sold by me.
If you resell the design for higher than the original value, please be reasonable. I reserve the right to refuse any future business in the event that my designs are obtained and resold for no other purpose than to profit from the resale. Low effort sketches do not count as "additional art" to circumvent the "trade/gift-only" status...

DESIGN USAGE

* I will not be involved in any issues that may arise from co-ownerships. I do not encourage co-ownerships, but as long as both parties understand and agree to the risks, you may go ahead with it nonetheless.* Modifying my designs is completely fine as long as I am still credited as the design's creator. Editing/drawing over the original reference art to make modifications to the character's design is perfectly fine as long as I am still credited for the art. If you modify the original artwork, please be sure to note that you edited the image.
I will not make modifications to the original artwork/character design unless paid to do so.* You may not use my designs in "breeding charts". Do not make "children" ocs or variations of my designs to sell/trade/gift. If you make a variation of the design, it must stick with the original if you ever plan to sell/trade/gift the character.* You may not turn my adopts into closed, open, or personal species unless I am selling those rights along with it.
This does not include using an oc as a collective "animal species" in a headworld where no additional character designs are derived from it.* My designs come with personal use rights only by default.
Commercial use rights may be purchased for the design upon inquiry at any time.
Should the character ever be resold, traded, or gifted, the commercial use rights automatically follow the character and may only be used for commercial purposes by its new owner.Adopts originally obtained for $100+ come with commercial use rights by default.

General commission ToS

I do not draw: human/oids, hateful art, fanart of canon characters- Payment must be sent within 48 hours or the commission slot will be reopened.
I do not do holds for commission slots.- Do not remove my signature from any artworks.
While you are permitted to share the commissioned artwork (with credit) on any website, I do not recommend sharing an unwatermarked version.- My artwork is for personal use only.
(Character designs themselves may be used commercially under certain circumstances, but all art done by me cannot be used commercially)- I retain the rights to deny business with anyone for any reason.- I do not do commissions with set deadlines. Please allow up to 3 months maximum - I will do my best to communicate any updates.- I do not offer refunds after the completion of the commission. If just the sketch is completed, 75% may be refunded. Anything after this may not be refundable.- I retain the rights to use completed commissions as examples of my work.- Please be as specific as possible if you have specific ideas for the commission. Unless I'm given artistic liberty, the process will take much longer if the details given are vague.Please note sketches may not be available for certain commissions.
For those that offer work in progress shots-- in the sketch stage, I offer as many edits as needed. After the sketch stage is completed, large edits will cost extra. (Edits relating to a mistake on my part will not cost extra.) I will not make any edits to completed commissions.- I require a visual design to draw characters. I do not draw description only characters for commissions. (Unless the commission is for a custom character specifically)- None of my work is allowed to be used for AI art generators or NFTs.

I firmly refuse to interact with users on my blacklist in regards to art and adopts whether it's trades/sales/gifts/etc.
While I really highly discourage trading/gifting/reselling my designs to people on this list as they likely do not care for artists' ToS, there is no definite way to stop that from happening unfortunately. While I do not believe my ToS to be very strict, it's always a good idea to ask about anything if you aren't sure!

If the person reselling/retrading the design CANNOT provide you with a HIGH QUALITY watermarkless file and evidence of purchase/trade from the original listing/buyer, it's stolen. My image files are always in PNG, not jpeg! I do not release thumbnails as "adopts".Did the user posting claim the original adopt as their own or is there public evidence of purchasing from the original owner? - If they credit themselves as the creator/don't have evidence of purchasing from the original buyer, it may be stolenIs there a Toyhou.se listing? - If the credits are incorrect (doesn't credit my Toyhou.se or other platforms), it may be stolen. Ideally I like to keep my designs on TH for easier ownership tracking but understand this isn't always the case! An amazing way to check ownership history on toyhou.se is under the ownership->View Ownership Log pages! If said character is not on toyhou.se, please stay safe making sure the design was legitimately acquired by whoever is reselling/trading it!I will never DM or ask people about older offers if I already accepted one a while back and the transaction was completed. If you receive a message asking you to pay for an adopt where "the buyer backed out" after such a long time, it is a scam. Under legitimate scenarios, I will relist or repost the adopt on an official account.I will NEVER sell any of my work for crypto currency, if you find any of my work listed as an NFT or any other kind of crypto it's 100% stolen.
